APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Draper

Nice apartment, everything is new and clean. I can walk down the hall to the gym before work in the morning. Nice staff (Simmone is always helpful and smiling.) Nice neighbors. When I locked myself out of my apartment, friendly neighbors invited me up to the roof for a barbecue!

I am glad that I could find a great place to leave. I've been living here for a few months and the atmosphere is good so far. Hailey and Simmone, helped me out and things went very smooth when I moved in.

My experience as a resident here has been amazing! As someone who was moving into their first apartment I had a lot of questions and worries. However, the ladies in the leasing office, Hailey and Simmone were so patient with me and kind. They were always quick to respond to me and were always willing to help me figure out anything I needed. I was very well informed and taken care of. The apartment is really good and up to par. And I’m enjoying access to all the amenities. The gym is very spacious and the pool area is so cute and fun! So glad I moved here!

This past winter, my partner and I began planning our coast to coast move from Atlanta, GA to Draper, UT. Having thought we found a place to call home, the opportunity to apply and move in to Skyline Peaks arose and we could not be happier with our decision to move forward with this community. Moving into a new build comes with its challenges. It also comes with its rewards. Our apartment is spacious and homey and the amenities are beautiful. Additionally, and most importantly when moving from the other side of the US, the staff here has been incredible to work with. I can only imagine all of the moving parts to be considered when leasing a new property and Kortney was timely, direct, and consistent in her communication. She and the rest of the staff continue to be such a great, welcoming resource for us and we absolutely love settling into, and building our new home at Skyline.

I've lived here for 2 weeks, I relocated to the area from Central Michigan for my job. I didn't know anyone here and the stress from moving across the country. I looked at several apartments back in March when I knew I was moving here, Hailey made it easy and has been wonderful to work with!

I will update this but thought I’d leave a review since — what lawyer doesn’t like to hear himself talk? — no, that’s not why. Mostly. I wanted to go on record and say that I found this place amongst several extraordinary challenges in my life all coalescing on me at once, so it was kind of a random find and arbitrary decision. However, Hailey and Simmone (sorry if I spelled those wrong) were extremely friendly and helpful. And I did not feel rushed or pressured, they patiently showed me around, and introduced me to other staff as I toured (twice). I have now lived here for 2 months or so and it is really beginning to feel like home. Great road access. High quality construction. Brand new construction. Friendly community members. No noise issues (except for random idiots racing on the highway but it’s more funny than annoying. Excited to see the community develop further. So… top marks. No complaints. And lots to recommend it. Fair value; great location; new construction; efficient design; and awesome staff.
